I’m Linette Ruiz, a professional wedding officiant and ordained minister based in Central Florida and the owner of Kismet Planning.

I specialize in creating custom wedding ceremonies for couples in Lakeland, Tampa, and throughout Central Florida who want something more intentional than a standard script. Every ceremony I officiate is written from scratch—designed to reflect your story, your dynamic, and the tone you want your wedding day to carry.

As a dedicated wedding officiant, I guide you through the entire ceremony process—from structure and vow development to timing and delivery—so everything feels seamless and natural. I don’t just show up and read a script. I design and lead a ceremony experience that feels elevated, personal, and fully aligned with you.

In addition to officiating, I handle all legal requirements as an ordained minister in Florida, including marriage license signing and filing, ensuring your ceremony is not only meaningful but official and stress-free.
